Our policy is for a period of 30 days after delivery of your order. If this period is exceeded, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and/or have obvious manufacturing defects that are not the result of customer alterations.
In addition, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
NO refunds will be made if the customer has changed their mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 4 hours after the purchase of the product.
No refunds are given for late deliveries, unless they are the result of a personal agreement between the Daylea™ team and the customer. However, our warranty covers if the product is not received within 60 days of the order.

To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified period of time.

Late or non-existent refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is sent.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is sent.

We suggest that you inform us by e-mail before making a refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on your location. You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
